Employee education and development is one of the main preconditions of the company’s competitiveness in the quickly developing world of business.
Our company gives the employees an opportunity to increase their qualification and expand and deepen their knowledge and skills by means of general professional education required by legal standards for basic professional and specialist education. We have introduced a system of employee education through which the company reacts to the changes in the market, e.g. changing machinery new technologies, information technology development, which require a higher flexibility of workforce.
